Our caseworkers provide one to one person centred holistic emotional and practical support.

The support can cover a wide range of emotional and practical support needs such as, around understanding healthy relationships, building coping strategies, healthy boundaries, building resilience, self- esteem to further understanding around personal safety and the impacts of abuse.

Practically, we can advocate and support girls / women in meetings with other agencies such as social care, housing, and GP’s. On the other end of the spectrum we can offer support with organising food parcels, and linking clients in with groups to promote independence and issues around isolation. The focus of the work aims to empower women and girls to help them make informed positive choices in moving forwards with their life’s.

Currently the support is offered remotely over the telephone, or via an online platform, such as Zoom.  Girls / women will need to have access to a confidential space to receive support.
